Dental Assistant

$20-$28/hour + Benefits Full-Time

Our dental practice in the West Los Angeles area is looking for a dedicated and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team! We're a busy practice providing comprehensive dental care, including general dentistry, endodontics, implants, and oral surgery .

We're looking for someone with approximately 1-2 years of dental assisting experience who is comfortable working alongside the dentist and assisting with a variety of procedures. If you're dependable, patient-focused, and enjoy being part of a collaborative dental team, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Dental Assistant, you'll work closely with the dentist and dental team to provide excellent patient care and help keep the practice running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and prepare patients for their appointments
• Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit
• Assist the dentist during procedures using four-handed dentistry
• Prepare and organize instruments, equipment, and materials for treatment
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
• Sterilize and maintain instruments according to proper protocols
• Assist with a variety of procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, implants, and oral surgery
• Provide chairside support to the dentist and help ensure an efficient patient experience

• Approximately 1-2 years of Dental Assistant experience
• Comfortable assisting with a variety of dental procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
• Professional and compassionate with patients
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy dental environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
